Kamaʻāina Shipping

We offer FREE Kamaʻāina Shipping to Hawai'i residents on any order over $15. (If you experience issues with this option, please email us at hello@surfsoap.com or text us: 831-218-5439 M-F 8am HST to 4pm HST for help).

*please note, we do not deliver to residences on island. Kama'aina orders will be sent via USPS (takes around 1 day for O'ahu / 2 days for other HI islands) even if the local delivery option is selected. 

Hotel Delivery

DUE TO EXTREMELY HIGH ORDER VOLUME, HOTEL DELIVERY IS UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. YOU CAN PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS AT KEEP IT SIMPLE HONOLULU, ANY LOCAL MOTION SURF SHOP, AND NORTH SHORE SURF SHOP 

    US and International Shipping 

    US Orders above $95USD ship free. We ship with a flat rate fee of USD$7.25 for all orders within the US, and discounted shipping worldwide. 

    We ship globally, normally within two business days once order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and promotions) Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (HST), via United States Postal Service through their Ground/ Surface delivery services, unless otherwise requested. 

    All orders receive automatic package tracking, please ensure your email is provided at checkout.  We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for US or International orders.

    We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.  

    Please Note: If address provided is not verified by USPS and is returned to Surf Soap®, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package mailed again. 

    Shipping timelines:

    • USA: Approximately 4 days following shipment notification
    • Hawaii: Approximately 1-3 days, depending on location
    • International: Approximately 4 - 6 weeks, depending on location

    Free Shipping

    Free shipping is calculated at checkout when you spend over USD$95.00 calculated after discount codes but before taxes, for US orders only.  Minimum USD$95 spend, does not include Gift Cards as they are not included in calculating shipping rates. 

    Order tracking

    When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. Additionally, you may receive your shipping details via SMS if you choose to include your phone number on your account.

    Additions or Cancellations

    To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately at hello@surfsoap.com. Choosing to contact us via social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), will not guarantee that your request will be received. And, as we are not able to add items to an existing order, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be responsible for submitting the order again.

    Please Note: If the order has already been processed, then cancelling the order will not be possible. 

    If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email: orders@surfsoap.com. The order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

    Surf Soap® reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

    Incorrect, damaged or lost goods

    If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at: orders@surfsoap.com.  We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.  

    If you received damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 5 business day of receipt at: orders@surfsoap.com. Please provide your order number, and a photo of the damaged product and shipping materials to ensure speedy customer service response time.

    Failure to contact us within 5 business days voids any responsibility we may have had.
