Refund policy

We don’t accept returns, and here’s why:  The environmental impact of reverse shipping creates over 5 billion (you read that right) pounds of landfill waste annually, and results in 5 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions.  We ask that you, our customers, use what you have, buy only what you need and ask lots of questions before making a purchase. Our excessive ‘throw-away’ behavior is something that needs to change yesterday. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you have, or to request more information. We're here to help!

While generally we don't offer refunds, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you're not totally stoked, please email us at hello@surfsoap.com and we will do everything we can to make sure you're happy.
